I am Bisakha from Bishram, which means ‘to rest,’ but I remain restless until I see you on the mat, practicing with me and delving into Yogvidya. “Bishram Yoga Shala” is not just a yoga center; it is a Shala—a sacred space where everyone is part of a family.
